Trouble, no, not troubled 
tripled and doubled
in fours and on all fours and 
all four for one and one for all
will i be able to read this chicken scratch duck quack
crackers crumbled in the sheets of sore knees and elbows
crack in that mirror you like looking in so much, 
i'll tell you what
that's how the light gets in
when the bell rings, the light gets in,
the duck gets in, the crackers get in the bed
the scratching is for everyones best regard and benefit


So grateful my glasses
so grateful my glasses can't see me
so grateful my glasses are not 
cracked
lens repaired
vision sensing hearing check
testing 1 2 3 all seems to be in working order
though it has sped up to a scrawl

I really like these people.
and the floor, it's a really nice floor
i could see myself in the floor there, 
pushing against the wall,
faceless shadowy reflection,
just the moving shape


All these babies and young rockers coming through,
we pay to have an experience
of playing music together
singing songs with other parents and children, 
which is kind of fucked up if you really think about it.


But here we are too, dancing on schedule.
